C4WS is a project of CARIS Camden (registered charity no 1121919) . The C4WS employees are employed by CARIS which is run by a board of Trustees, external advisors and a member of the C4WS Shelter Committee.

C4WS is run by the paid staff, under the management of CARIS Camden, and the Shelter Committee which consists of representatives from the participating churches.
