C4WS is a volunteer dependent project, resourced and managed by a partnership of churches based in the Camden and City Boroughs. In 2011 there were over 300 volunteers involved in C4WS and 2 full time and one part time paid employees. This means that less than 1% of the workforce is employed by the project. C4WS provides Christian hospitality which directly addresses our guests’ basic needs for food, shelter, warmth and friendship. It is the volunteers that make this possible!!
