C4WS employs a full time Project Manager and Welfare Manager.
The Project Manager manages the shelter and ensures that the logistics of C4WS run smoothly, that the project is consistent in how the guests are treated and that the needs of our guests are met to the best of our ability. The responsibilities of the Project Manager include: receiving all referrals and booking in guests accordingly, bringing the ‘log file’ to each venue and regular communication with C4WS venue coordinators.
The Welfare Manager registers new guests and works with them to secure more permanent accommodation. The Welfare Manager also assists guests in and out of season with accessing any of the following: identification, bank account, drug & alcohol services, employment, voluntary work and primary health care.
